Winter birches are just as beautiful without their leaves as they are when bursting with color in the fall.      Birch trees have an all-seasons appeal and my pottery collection is inspired by them.

Each piece is hand-built using a technique I developed that involves carving, layering, sculpting, staining, and glazing. In nature each birch tree is unique in its own way, and the same is true for each piece.
